Which ORV Coverage Should I Choose?

ORV Coverage With MPI

MPI does not automatically cover off-road vehicles (ORVs) when they’re registered; you need to purchase coverage separately. All ORVs should be registered with MPI regardless of whether or not you opt to purchase coverage. Coverage details for MPI off-road policies are as follows:
Collision protection covers collision damage with a $200 or $500 deductible.
Comprehensive protection covers damage from causes other than collision, such as fire, theft, and vandalism, with a $200 or $500 deductible.
Third-Party Liability Plus covers you for claims against you for property damage or injuries, as well as injuries caused by other ORV operators. Coverage limits are $500,000, $1,000,000, $2,000,000, and $5,000,000.
Accident benefits cover costs associated with injuries and death caused by ORVs, regardless of who is at fault.

ORV coverage With Got Toys (OASIS)

Got Toys offers an alternative to MPI’s off-road vehicle coverage. Coverage details for Got Toys’ off-road policies are as follows:
All Perils coverage includes collision, upset, fire, theft, and other damage, up to a limit of $40,000 for physical damage on quads, dune buggies or sleds, and up to a limit of $25,000 on a trail bike (dirt bike).
Comprehensive coverage, which is All-Perils coverage without collision or upset protection.
Deductibles of $500
Replacement Cost coverage for $50
Third-Party Liability insurance up to $1,000,000 or $2,000,000, including Accident Benefits coverage and up to $25,000 coverage for sudden and accidental pollution.
